Take-down carries the same risk as setup
Pulling ties and braces in the wrong order can leave a scaffold standing on less than it needs. Our crews dismantle from the top down, one lift at a time, and keep the structure braced and tied until the level below is ready to come off.
Material is passed or lowered, not dropped. That protects your finished stucco, windows, and landscaping in the last hours of the job.
Out of the way for closeout
The scaffold is often the last thing standing between you and a final inspection. We schedule take-down around that date, load everything the same day when we can, and leave the ground clear so the landscaper or the inspector can do their part.

Call us. We need to see the system and its condition first. We won't take down a scaffold we can't verify is safe to work on.
Who patches the tie-in holes?
The finish trade, usually the plasterer or painter, patches anchor holes. We place ties where they can be patched cleanly and tell you where each one was.
