Setup is where scaffold safety is decided
Most scaffold problems start at the base. A frame set on soft dirt, a missing mudsill, or a screw jack cranked out too far will show up later as a lean or a wobble. Our crews start with the ground: sills on soil, jacks sized to the slope, and every leg bearing before the first lift goes up.
From there the scaffold goes up in lifts with bracing, guardrails, and tie-ins added as it rises. It is not left as an open frame to finish later.
Built for Orange County buildings
A lot of work here happens on stucco walls, tile roofs, and tight lot lines. Stucco needs tie-ins placed where they can be patched cleanly. Tile roofs mean the top lift has to stop short of the eaves, or bridge over them without loading the tile. Zero-lot-line homes may leave only a few feet between the wall and the fence.
We plan for these before the truck shows up. A quick site walk or a set of photos is usually enough.
Timed to your trades
Scaffold that goes up two weeks early is in the way. Scaffold that goes up a day late holds up a crew. We book setup around when your painters, plasterers, or window installers are due, and we can build in phases on longer jobs.

How fast can you set up scaffold in Anaheim?
It depends on the size of the job and our schedule that week. Small residential setups often go up in a single day. Call with your start date and we'll tell you what's open.
Who inspects the scaffold?
Our crew inspects it before hand-off. Cal/OSHA also requires a competent person to inspect scaffold before each shift and after anything that could affect it, like high wind or a hit from equipment.
Can you work around landscaping and pools?
Yes. We use plywood or sills to spread load on lawns and pavers, and we plan leg placement around planters, pool coping, and irrigation.
